Were there any vegans at Hogwarts during the Harry Potter books?
And if so, what did they eat? Was quinoa a thing in the 90’s? Did Dumbledore ask the House Elves to whip up some avocado mousse for the Grand Feast? So many questions.

I think I have a pillow buying problem.
Seriously, for a post that’s coming next week, I picked up (and spent) an ungodly amount of pillows. But now my house looks pretty so, swings and roundabouts.

I really cba to exercise today.
But I know you can do it Lauren, plus Mexico in two weeks so gotta go fast, get them legs moving!

I’ve consumed a lot of butternut squash, avocado and falafel this week.
If you’ve seen my What I Ate This Week video, you’ll notice I basically made different varieties of the same foods all week – this project is definitely making me aware to vary my food more.

I’ve been on YouTube for one whole year!
April 7th marked one year since I first uploaded to my channel and I can’t believe how fast that time has gone! I’m planning a little celebratory video on Tuesday, but thanks if you’ve watched and subscribed and here’s to more exciting videos in the future.

What have been some of your Sunday or weekly thoughts?

Lots of Love,
Lauren x
