The past week has been one of restless and disturbed sleep thanks to the tailwind of storms from America (thanks Obama) and for me, feeling tired leads to a lack of motivation and pizzazz to get going with daily life.

With that in mind, I wanted to share a few little things that help me relax and get back in the pattern of normal sleep; we all have different levels of tiredness, different ways of switching off and getting into our chill zones, so here’s my 10 cents of cliche yet always worth trying acts that get my head in the right space so catch up on some much needed zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…
