I’m a huge fan of the 90’s mauve/brown/matte and muted thang that’s been going on for a few seasons now, quietly still hunting down the perfect shades for my collection that will make lazy nude makeup days a dream. Despite loving beauty and all things related, I don’t do many tutorials of ‘what’s on my face’ partially due to my current acne clearing routine because I want to feel clear and happier in my skin before showcasing it off too much, but also because I don’t do many varied looks – I’m kinda…easy you could say.

Light bases, neutral colours, enhanced lashes and some faux cheekbones do me good; I know I’ll never master or rock eyeliner as well as 17 year old me did, and now I just know what variation of things on my face work now – honestly, the second I apply too much eyeliner I regret every decision made in my life why did I sign up for this?

But today’s video is coming at you with a tutorial of one of my fave looks at the moment thanks to some wonderfully light products, a bit of blending and some Asian base saviours. I’m a huge Korean beauty fan so there’s a few products popping up here as well as some new favourites I’m obsessed with – thanks Body Shop and Kiko for those, dreamy!

Don’t mind me whilst I get all excited over eyeshadow and rock an unintentional 70’s look (90’s tutorial Lauren, come on work with it) and give the video a thumbs up if you’d like to see more tutorials in the future; leave a comment telling me what you’re loving beauty-wise at the moment including if you’ve tried any of these products, and of course SUBSCRIBE for new videos every Tuesday and Saturday at 9am!

Lots of Love,
Lauren x
