I’d like to think I know a thing or two about living a healthy lifestyle (mainly because I live off sweet potatoes and almonds whilst trying to bend into various yoga positions, that’s the general health consensus these days right?) so I’m back again with the second in my little tips series on Healthy Living Basics.
