I have a lot of exciting posts coming to you soon, all the way up to New Years and then starting shortly around then are some set weekly posts hitting your screens ! yaaay !

But more on that later, time for today’s little post.

I love food, and I especially love my breakfast. I love going to bed knowing I can wake up and have my beloved bowl of yogurt and oats, and then I’m sad when I eat it all. To share the little time in the mornings here is my little journey for breakfast I did.

Yog time !

Godta Bowl – Ikea, £1.60 , Cath Kidston Mug, £7.50 (the only place I could find the exact one)

Positively drooling.

So for my breakfast I have either a Peppermint or Pukka Revitalise Tea; then for my yog pot I have 5-6 tablespoons of Alpro Soya Yogurt (this is the serving they state on the tub), around two tablespoons or less if I can of Jordan’s Natural Museli, a sprinkle of cinnamon powder – tastes like Christmas, a (large) handful of blueberries, about 6 almonds and a small sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.

The bowl is just the right size for portioning, and I’ve gotten better after I used to almost dump half my yogurt into the bowl and run out really quick. Now I can make a tub last around a week and stock the fridge nicely with them !

I should probably use this tactic when it comes to me eating my Tanya Burr Cookies…hmm…I’ll just hide them in the freezer.
