Inspired by what my Mum loves, I've popped together a little wishlist to help your gift hunt that will certainly make any lady pleased!
Firstly, it's a yearly tradition that I buy a L'Occitane hand cream for my mum as it's become a firm favourite and keeps her hands super hydrated and nourished (and mine, when I pinch it) thank to the luxurious formula; I've also got my eye on some of the awesome gift sets L'Occitane have available this year, including the Shea Butter and Citrus Verbena Collection - hydration plus zesty scents? Always a winner.
Natural beauty is always a lovely treat, and Evolve has a fabulous range of skincare and bodycare that you'll want to pick up two of everything - with the team previously working at NUDE Skincare you can guarantee these handmade products will impress, and I for one love them myself. Similarly, if you love skincare with a real spa-like experience to it, Aurelia has an impressive and heavenly smelling range of cleansers and oils such as the Cell Repair Night Oil, and their Miracle Cleanser is a gorgeous second cleanse suitable for drier and dehydrated skin types, but you can pop some on even if you're not - it's worth it.
For something that smells good, you can't beat candles or fragrance and becoming a Diptyque convert is the best choice I ever made - a real luxury treat for any Mum, or even more luxurious is a high quality perfume such as Giorgio Armani Prive Fragrances which I bought my Mum in Peony as she loves flowers and the garden; it's a true, high quality and long-lasting scent plus the range of fresh to woody fragrances is enough to make you want a whole collection.
Finally, for something to finish any appearance with ease, you can't beat a good lipstick or a refreshed hairdo - KIKO has a fab range of lipsticks to rival Chanel's shades so even if you pop it in as an extra, it'll certainly be appreciated; hair is also always important to keep healthy and looking fabulous, and Davines has been a recent discovery of mine that I can't wait to pass on - the Volu/Spray* and Shampoo* are light on fine hair and add a lovely 'oomph' to your locks without feeling you have too much product going on, and swiftly becoming a firm favourite and present potential...
Possibly your wishist has grown as much as your gift buying inspiration has, but what's better than treating yourself to something both you and your mum will love? Obviously buy two of everything because you'll be constantly stealing it from one another, but it's all worth it, and it's worth it even more seeing the look of gratitude on your Mum's face.
What gifts are you thinking of buying for Mother's Day? Have you tried anything from L'Occitane? Will you be buying two of everything?
Lots of Love,
