hey everyone !

i've had a lovely thursday at Madame Tussauds and have got a few piccys to show you of me and my new bffs ;)
(outfit is listed at the end of the post)

me and colin (dying)

meeting the queen.

helping solve america's problems.
and as some of you probably know, a certain band has been on display there until the thursday i went....
can you guess..

YAY i finally met one direction ! hahah i wish. I was panicking all day who I'd have my photo by as I assumed it was a 'sit, click, leave' situation but I asked if i could move and I got two beautiful pics with my boys; personally i think me and harry are looking pretty good ;) and i really wanted to hug niall but he's not real so that's a bit sad siggggh :(

All in all, Madame Tussauds is good fun. I'd definitely book in advance even though it's more than on the door, the queue is soooo long ! Also, if you need to change your ticket date then they help you out too which is great. It is very much like sheep hearding, you are practically fighting people to get a photo by a model and you just have to cut in and not care about anyone else. The Marvel 4D show started off okay but the queue was awful, loads of pushing from visitors and you have to wait like that for ten minutes. When we got in the film ended up stopping and didn't work so we legged it out so we could go for food whilst everyone else complained, we were done by that point !

I went for dinner at The Diner in Carnaby Street / Soho as i looooovveee american diner burgers and milkshakes, food like that makes me drool and is such a treat :) I'm usually a Maxwell's girl when i visit London but this was closer and new so I thought, why not ?

I ordered the Vanilla Shake and shared a Original Burger and a Halloumi Burger with my mum, and also some Sweet Potato fried and normal fries. The shake ? TO DIE FOR. it's aammmaaazing, so thick and mainly ice-cream it's the perfect milkshake to satisfy your needs :) The original burger was also really good and is cooked to your liking, the sauce that comes in the pot is also really delicious i slathered it on ! Unfortunately the halloumi burger was cold when we got it which was a disappointment and wasn't as good as the meaty Original burger which if you prefer 'healthy options' over red meat is a let-down. The burger bun also is really weird, it's quite cakey and like sweet bread perhaps, not a soft bun like normal. The sweet potato fries are definitely the best but as someone who does not eat a lot of 'unhealthy' food and large amounts this was a lot for me and I couldn't finish it, waking up a bit ill this morning from it all :(

I highly recommend The Diner for milkshakes and perhaps breakfast (i don't know how that is, maybe another time) but my advice ? you'll get a better burger at Maxwell's in Covent Garden and also a great cocktail.

Hope you all enjoy and are having a faaabbulous day :)
Love you all,
Lauren x
